It is obtained from the careful winemaking of the best grapes following the Charmat method. The long ageing period on the yeasts brings out the bouquet of the flavours and the intense expressiveness of the grapes, giving life to a fine and elegant sparkling wine bottled in limited edition, ideal for your exclusive toasts.

PRODUCTION AREA
The vineyards are located in the hearth of Friuli region, at the Azienda Agricola La Delizia, a land well-known for its profound winemaking expertise. Thanks to the soil of alluvial origin, the favorable climate of the “Grave” production area and the competent work of our agronomist, the grapes grow healthy, enhancing their natural and elegant aromatic expressiveness.

WINE-MAKING
This wine is obtained from grapes carefully selected directly at the vineyards. Such selection takes place in the respect of the utmost care and precision required by our agronomist and following a skillful winemaking. The grapes are mechanically harvested and softly pressed in order to preserve the qualities of the must. The base wine is added with selected yeasts and sugar, than takes place the natural re-fermentation in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. Follow 6 long and quiet months of ageing on the yeasts, so that the wine can ripen and bring out the typical characteristics of the origin area. In the end take place the stabilization, filtration and bottling procedures using modern technologies.

FLAVOUR: full-bodied and intense, with an excellent flavour persistence
PERLAGE: fine and persistent

It is ideal as a meal opener, but also throughout the whole meal. Especially indicated with fish courses or light courses in general.
