The production area includes a wide surface on the plain of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. In this land, well-known for its profound winemaking expertise, the nature of the soil and the particularly mild climate have contributed to create the best conditions for the vine growth.
This white wine is the most representative of the Friuli region. Produced from Tocai friulano grapes, yields a wine with an intence outburst of almond.
The vinification consists in the traditional «white method»: the grapes are gently pressed and destemmed, than follows the alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. After the stabilization procedure, the wine is bottled using modern technologies.
COLOUR: from citrus yellow to bright straw yellow
FRAGRANCE: pleasant, its perfume is never excessive, with an outburst of almonds and with hints of wild flowers.
FLAVOUR: full and soft, inviting. Its natural freshness and scent are persistent in time.
Ideal with appetizers, fresh and light dishes in general, cheese and eggs.
